running journal day 2

I made it up and out the door for day 2. I was slower. I added about a minute per mile. I am sore, but the skyline was beautiful shades of morning.

In other news, we were able to spend time with both Alli and Hannah yesterday in Lawrence. They hadn’t had phone upgrades for many years. They still had the actual button on their phones. And hit up Silas and Maddy’s. Although, three of us (and I need to ask Hannah still) couldn’t really taste much. I’m guessing more of Covid backlash. It is interesting to be in this new season of not everyone one together, so consistently. But now, with just Liz at home, we missed her because she is at MOGWOG for the weekend, but were able to catch up with Hand A. Thanksgiving with my side of the family is getting moved again because Alli got a job at school! Woohoo! So finding dates to get together with Grandparents, at their homes, is starting to get more complicated.
