Finding something lost

Last night, searching for some artwork, and hoping it was in our attic, I found a missing quilt. It was on it’s own, somehow not in a storage (trash) bag or rubbermaid container. And I saw the “wrong” side and thought, maybe? Instead to carelessly stacking stuff in your attic which makes it hard to locate a specific item later on, you may renovate the space with the help of a Closet Design Company and install shelving systems.

Truth be told, I took my blood pressure not long after finding this missing treasure. The missing quilt has been one of those thousand little things that I have needed to take care of—and I had begun praying how to break it to the the owners of previously missing quilt. I am not lying, I woke up, remembered the quilt, now in the washing machine, and was/am praising Jesus for the find. How much more is someone finding out Jesus really did get it all right and is the answer to so many hard and paralyzing questions?

My blood pressure hadn’t changed. One missing something is found though. And I did get new rugs for the bathroom and found out my favorite shower curtain is washable. There are 3 things off that 1000+ item list.

“honest advent,” is pretty much perfect. Today, Erickson brought up the end times movies that were big in the 70’s, and how the huge belief of the end times has affected us born-again believers not caring much for the environment. I get that. The other verb-age that I think creates some confusion is “subdue” in the garden. I need to do some research on this one. I don’t quite know if we get that one right….
